In order to be eligible for a sales commission in a new home community represented by Re/Max Essentials, you must pre-register your clients and/or be personally involved with your prospects on their first visit to the community and introduce them to the agent on site. This introduction does not guarantee payment of a commission if the customers visit the site with more than one agent.
